I've spent years working in the business — leading learning and customer experience teams, building customer enablement ecosystems, developing onboarding, speaking at conferences and customer events and launching all kinds of innovative training programs — and on the business in admin and executive roles steering the strategic direction of learning and customer experience.
My sweet spot? Turning big ideas into learning experiences that move the needle—whether it’s rolling out a new product, rallying a team, inspiring customers, or designing the kind of campaigns people rave about. I'm as comfortable on the stage delivering as I am behind it developing the strategy and leading the teams that make the difference. ​

For the bulk of my professional career I have worked in the corporate training and development space. I've also founded two companies in learning tech offering products that help learners engage more fully with what they are learning.
