learning innovations
practice makes progress
Retention. Practice. Application. These three concepts interest me most when I look out across today's learning landscape.
Why? Because the traditional approach to learning simply doesn't leave enough time for these critical components to take place. In my experience we generally move from one thing to the next, checking boxes and confusing awareness with true learning and competence.

Especially in the realm of onsite, face-to-face training. Even considering the time, money and effort that goes into these common events, little is done to make sure the important things stick.
Currently I'm a founding partner in a new, innovative tech platform company called Praxis Learning. My partners and I are seasoned facilitators, speakers and consultants who have all struggled with the "good luck with that" problem. We train, people smile and nod, and we hope they do something with it. But hope, as we know, is not a strategy. Praxis makes sure the conversations and learning happen well after the event ends.
Visit Praxis Learning to learn how you can get more out of the time you spend together.
